Our services
Found & Cited provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, helping firms improve their visibility in AI answer engines. GEO involves third-party AI systems we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, or outcome from any AI model, and any examples on this site are illustrative, not promises of results.
Engagements and payment
Paid engagements are month-to-month with no lock-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice. Fees are as quoted after your audit.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring any content published in your name is reviewed and approved by you, including compliance with applicable legal-profession advertising rules.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the period in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
